Freakin sucks that all of these insane shots by Luka are happening without crowds.

He would’ve burned Dallas down by now with some of these game-winners.

What may be even crazier is that his most impressive/artful shot arguably came at the end of the first quarter.

A multiple start-stop fake-drive & fake-pump to eventually get the defender in the air, then takes a lean-in large step unabated for a 10-foot bank shot. A Bird/McHale-ish thing of brilliance & beauty.

A good case can be made for Luka as MVP. The rest of the Mavs are pretty much crap except for Hardaway on offense and Brunson has grit.

I just learned Luka is 6'7" which helps explain how good he is. Had no idea he's that tall.

Holy shite,dudes having his worst year relative to pre season expectations. He came into the season as the favorite for mvp and has been falling from that spot all year. Hell,people are losing there minds because hes an all star game start over dame who has been better then luka this year.

Can someone who knows basketball come help me out with these prisoner of the moment takes?

He jacks up a ton of shots one is bound to go in eventually, also glad Mr. Clutch got his squad back to .500 and didn’t have to bitch at the refs to get it done

I would like to make it clear that I'm not ,by any means,saying luka isnt an incredible player that deserves to be an all star. Hes not having the year he expected though and I'm sure he would say the same. Dame is having the better year.

Also,for how good of a player luka is,he hasnt been nearly as good in crunch time . This is backed up by statistics.

There is no case for a player on a .500 team to be MVP. if we are going with a guy off a team a couple games over .500 you got to go with jokic. If you going with stats and wins, embiid. Once the season ends and the BKN has the best record in the league and the #1 offense of all time, harden. My prediction as of today ... embiid.
