College Belt website has Clemson as holder

Shows belt won by Clemson from Bama on 1/9/17 with 0 defenses. They haven't done any updates from the 2017 season.

It’s really hard to lose every game. Even Johnny Jones won a couple. What an embarrassment

Pitt football legacy shits all over all but about 15 schools in the country. They, also, generally drop a turd towards West Virginia in historical importance.

They basically had a parade of All-Americans from about 1915 to the late 1980's equivalent of that of a UGA, LSU, Tennessee, or Auburn (and had some national titles thrown in for good measure)...in fact, probably better than those schools. They have still put out some damn good players like Fitzgerald and Donald in recent years. It's the school of Marino, Dorsett, Ditka, Sunseri, et al.

Eh, West Virginia still has more all time wins, conference titles (both were Indy for awhile though), more bowl wins, and more bowl appearances.

Pitt had a period in the 70s and 80s when they were a national power but other than that they don't have much to fall back on.

They do have some good players in the NFL though. McCoy was one of the best running backs i've ever seen in college. People forget how great he was cuz Pitt was so bad when he was there.
