Game 6 4th quarter vs SAS.

Played with heart, then turned it over twice in the last 2 minutes and would have had a loooong arse summer. Good thing the Spurs missed 2 FT and Allen knocked down that 3, because people would have forgotten how great he played to get them back in the game.

Ftr I do remember LeBron's great playoff moments. And I expect him to start just taking over and atop being passive. as he did last year when everyone was injured. At this point he's got to, they're desperate.

That said he will never have as many "shut up" moments as Jordan. But no one will. He's just not as pathologically obsessive, and honestly just more secure in himself than Jordan was. You can't really fault him or blame him for that.

Yeh but we are talking about taking over and not being passive. In that 4th qtr he completely decided it was on him.

Lebron did that last year in the Finals by averaging 36 points, 13 rebounds, and 9 assists per game and they still lost in 6

Yeah no shite

LeBron drives to the lane and 3 dudes are there waiting for him pretty much every single time.

naw people throw out "Magic", too

occasionally, Shaq (due to strength and how he gets unfair foul treatment by refs, like Shaq)

Wilt is probably the best comparison to LeBron.

He's saying LJ needs to do that this series

I fear that this would play right into GS's hands.

Well yes, he does for them to have any chance.

I also responded to someone saying Lebron doesn't have that in his nature, when I mentioned the times Lebron has done so.

They're not exactly competing right now... time for a change of tactic.

They competed better last year when it was just the LeBron show

If you watched that 4th quarter and don't agree that he took over and singlehandedly led the team back, I'm not sure what to tell you.

Not to mention OT, I believe he hit the eventual game winner with around a minute or less left. Ho Hum I guess.

I'm just not sure what else Lebron is supposed to do. Warriors are just a better team

Of course I just posted a legit thought involving Lebron and the NBA finals and had no intention of flaming or trolling anyone so I'm sure my post will be ignored

Right. My issue is because he won't have as many as MJ does not mean he doesn't have it in his nature to do so.

Nah, CLE's only chance in this series is to maxmize Lebron's minutes and post him on the block as much as possible, which means playing as slow as possible.

And he needs to make plays and kick to shooters and hope they start making them at a crazy rate.

But basically, they're only shot is for him to have an off the wall usage rate IMO. Reason being, no one is stepping up.

It could. I've never seen a team that can demoralize you like GS. Lebron did a lot last year, I know. But he has the physical ability to go out and get 60. He just doesn't have that mindset. But with Love and Kyrie shooting 30 something %, I think he has to if they want to even win 1 game this series. At least then if they lose people can't blame him.

We all compare him to MJ, who dropped 61(?) with the flu (hangover) in a playoff game.

I know it's asking a lot from the other end of my iPhone, but they legit need Bron to just go the frick off and drive to the hole and post up on the block all night. If Love or Kyrie hit a couple, fine. But they haven't shown it yet. Until then, bron needs to be aiming for 50 a night frick it

They do have different natures.

Jordan wept after winning titles.

Once he stole the game ball as the buzzer sounded and ran to the locker room to weep alone.

It truly meant everything to him. There really aren't many athletes anywhere like that.
