Definitely not perfect. but it's also not really fair to compare a representation of a dialed in player during his career to a partying retiree

At this point the technology exists to to a three dimensional scan and then make a perfect three dimensional printout bust.
That would surely be an improvement over some of the terrible outcomes we've seen

You think they used that technology and it would uniform if they can nail busts like Charles Woodson and Michael Strahan.
I mean this isn't a hot take...there's article after article saying Manning's bust is just...off...just because they put in a big forehead...you can tell that's not him...it's not Ronaldo silly. It's just not him.
Tom Flores looked like his younger self.
Howie Long looked just like hin years ago.
Look at Willie Brown from 1984:
