He is so small and isn't really athletic like K Murray to help him out.

Looks like Sean Payton is still desperate, maybe he trades for him

That’s Bryce Young in a nutshell. He’s a far less athletic K Murray. If you’re that short, you gotta at least have the athleticism and Young just doesn’t. That’s not good enough to be a starting NFL QB.

3-4 years ago, people would be salivating at the thought of a Bryce Young + Zach Wilson QB room in a Sean Payton offense.

The NFL is a cruel cruel league.

Firm believer in that the success/failure of a young QB is more about the franchise and the position they are put into than the player himself. See the Chicago Bears decades long quest for a QB. See the NY Jets ruining Sam Darnold and his resurrection with the Vikings thus far. See the Green Bay Packers seemingly churning out 3 franchise QBs in a row. See a 2-0 Jusitn Fields in Pittsburgh.

One year from now I am afraid we will be seeing similar headlines coming out of Chicago about Caleb Williams. Without an O-line and a running game that dude is going to be executed via the blitz. You could almost see the far away stare and the ghosts setting in last night.

Definitely the case for a lot of guys. The situation and scheme matter so much

I'm just not sure Young is good enough to win in any situation

I don’t say this lightly, but anybody who has watched Bryce Young knows he is just simply not an NFL quarterback.

I sat in the 100s for the Saints game against Carolina last week. Young looked like a high school kid out there.

No idea if he could be good but the way these teams are throwing these young guys into the fray makes their failures so predictable.. the rare QBs that show early success are seemingly all able and wanting to sit in the pocket and usually have the measurables to go along with pocket presence.. it takes more time to adjust when you rely on your legs

Andy Dalton

How old is Dalton? Is he the same Dalton that was with Bengals. Serious question

Young is so bad the panthers moneyline odds dropped from +280 to +212 immediately after his benching
