Don’t know if it’s been pointed out.
Very interesting, and just shows how close this series was.
Each team scored the same number of runs in the series, 34.

When it was a fastball, he'd put his hand in his glove with a set grip and no movement. If it was off-speed (slider mostly), the hand would move in the glove as he was re-adjusting his grip.
shite, you coach kids to look for this (and to avoid doing this for pitchers) in high school. Amazing that no one on his team picked up on it and alerted him.

In hindsight, I remember altuve talking LMJ before his AB and this probably what they were talking about.

Seeing the Astros win the World Series for the first time is the best birthday present I could ever ask for. I love this team, I love the city of Houston, and I love you baws on the DAT.

I was very much for the Astros, but the Dodgers seemed like such a dominant team, but the Astros met the challenge.
Most thought the Astros were a dominant home team, but barely so-so on the road. Well, they split the four games played in Los Angeles.
Bregman, Altuve, Springer, Correa, Morton, Peacock and the veteran McCann were all outstanding.
Cameron Maybin is a very capable outfielder and I believe he contributed just as much in the Series as Redick. However, Redick had a very solid regular season. He, Beltran and Giles were important in getting the Astros into the post-season, though they did not play their best baseball in the playoffs or World Series.

Not sure what’s so funny.
You now have a manager that’s SO BAD, he won a World Series

I actually got to watch the Colt 45s play back in '65. The Cards had come to town. I can't remember one Houston player's name but I could almost recall the starting line-up with the Cards. Was Stan Musial's farewell season to baseball.
The malt lickers won that night.
