In the case of Heimlich was the alleged incident when he was a minor? Like 13-14 or so?

Stephen Ensor, who represented Heimlich in the Oregon case, said Thursday that his client never should have been cited in Oregon. Ensor said that since Heimlich is a Washington resident, he is not required to register annually in Oregon. Ensor said Heimlich registered as a sex offender when he moved to Oregon for school

He would've been found out regardless.

If they believe that why not keep him for the CWS. LSU knocked them out but with Heimlich in I'm not so sure that happens and then they're in the final.

I’m guessing they shut him down because of the media circus it was becoming. They are probably hoping it would be old news by the time Omaha comes around this year.

You're right, Oregon only posts info on level 3 offenders.

Eta....he would be found out. WA state is one of a few that allows unsealed juvenile cases to be public record.

I remember someone, maybe you, mentioning how scouts already knew about his past.

Well, according to the web he did time for rape and then she admitted to falsifying the story.

So, I think he's been robbed of his youth and much more and she deserves a minimum of 5 years at hard labor.

I know. Knowing I would have to do that would not be ok with me if I was innocent.

Funny how you keep ignoring Brian Banks anytime someone brings it up.

I don't read good.

Still, I'd have to be pretty damn convinced to report it and his brother at least believed it was possible.

If I had a wife telling me this stuff about my brother, I would either confront him or at least say something to my parents first. From everything I remember from last year, he just went straight to the police.

On the 1st page the story says his brother went to his dad first. Dad then talked to Luke.

The question is who is telling the truth, the ex wife or Luke Heimlich

Or the little girl:

quote:

The girl told investigators that inside Heimlich's bedroom, he pulled down her underwear and "touched her on both the inside and outside of the spot she uses to go to the bathroom," according to court records.

"She said that she told him to stop, but he wouldn't," the documents state, and that "it hurt" when he touched her.

He took the deal because he didn't have to report once it was sealed.

As I've already told you, it isn't sealed. And he did report when he went to OSU. He just didn't have to report again before his 21 bday.
