USA soccer #1 in the world

I don't know what the Time of Possession differential was for this match, but it's probably pretty laughable.
HUGE game from the defense, which was just about every player on the team in the second half there.

thats like an unranked upsetting the #1 (using ur analogy). that's a huge upset.
I guess it depends on what your def of "huge" is. I consider huge a Stanford-USC, App-Mich type level, and I don't think this is on the equivalent of those. Almost like a Arky-LSU from 07 or if BC were to beat USC if they played. So, I guess it just goes by your def.

15 match winning streak
35 match unbeaten run (one shy of the world record-they last lost in 2006).
That just ended for Spain today.

How the hell did this happen?
I still have my doubts about Bradley, but damn proud of the team.

i didn't get to watch any of it. but did we really play that well or just get lucky on the goals. must have played some great defense.
cowherd was going off on the U.S. team this morning. not really trash talking but just saying that they had no chance. would like to hear what he says tomorrow. oh well, at least he talked about soccer for a good 10 minutes.

Gooch and DeMerit, Boca and Spector, Bradley and Clark, and all the wing play and forwards tracking back. And, oh yeah, Tim Howard too. Hell of a game for the team defense.

thats awesome.
were we creating on offense? hold the ball much?
