The Staples Center had the best arena crew in sports for a long time because they had three tenants. But it's almost physically impossible to flip an entire arena in under 12 hours. It's not just the floor that has to be done and the glass installed/ removed, you have the concessions, merchandise, and overall building that has to be flipped, too. There's a lot that goes into it.
