Will this be the playoff of the young teams?

Philly dominating, Utah/Montreal looking good against contenders with Cup pedigree, and even Anaheim not giving up in the early going

Define "young" for specifics. Dallas has guys like Wyatt and Robertson leading the way, but you didn't mention the Stars. Do you mean avg roster age? Avg stat leaders? Avg ice time leaders? Not being an arse, legit question

So Atlanta was stuck with shitty owners just like Phoenix. Yet Phoenix is the only market frowned upon.

The figures I saw Phoenix did fill their rink. Just with many opposing fans.

For the record, I'm in favor of both markets getting a team. But Phoenix shouldn't be drug through the mud while giving Atlanta a free pass.

I would be in favor of the Nordiques return if 4 expansion teams are in order. But Winnipeg struggling to sell out when they had a winning team isn't going to help Quebec City's cause.

Teams built with core of young rising stars

Stars have Johnston but I wouldn’t call Robertson young or rising anymore - he’s there
Philly and Montreal have young avg age as does Utah

As typing this Anaheim is collapsing

Changed my mind

Ducks Oilers is the best series, unless you prefer fights and penalties (see Tampa Montreal)
This is run gun pond hockey, love it

That's fair. Built through the draft/development. Even if he's established, Robertson still seems young to me with the vast majority of his career in front of him.

Tie game with good scoring chances going both ways. Not over yet

I'm glad to see McTavish and Kreider playing better for the Ducks. They were both hot garbage the last few weeks of the season.

Hopefully I'm not jinxing them by giving Kudos.

Beckett Sennecke and Leo Carlsson are very promising young players.

Leo has some jets on him at times.

If it hasn't been mentioned, these Ducks unis and the mustard yellow Pens unis have to be the absolute worst in NHL history

It’s been lots of fun so far…as a LONGtime (sarcasm—4 years) Edmonton supporter I’m hoping they get the 5th to tie this one up

Either way, love playoff hockey

I loved the ducks purple and teal color scheme. At least they went back to their old logo.
