I think their lines and secondary put a ceilng on this team. They could be competitive, but I don’t see them winning 10 games.
Very good chance that they get into the playoffs with 9 wins. 14 teams get in this year.

Bengals were the worst team in the NFL

not as bad as the w/l record.

They tanked for Tua. Then Tua got hurt.

Cincy has had 7.25 win per year over the past 20 seasons. If Burrow & the LSU/Saints offense adds 2 wins, they're likely in the 14-team playoff.

I can’t imagine the score if LSU and Ohio State had played 55-10 maybe?

What does a 2-win Tank-for-Tua season have to do with how many games Cincy wins in 2020? LOL

It will be a tough season for Joe.... they could muster up 6-7 wins but there is a reason they had the number 1 pick. You just can’t turn that around overnight.

They won 6, 7 and 6 games the 3 seasons prior to 2019, it's not a good team that just had a bad season like the Colts the year Peyton Manning got hurt. Not impossible they make the playoffs i suppose but unlikely and not a big deal if they don't

The Bengals won 2 games and lost 8 games by 1 possession in 2019. That’s without a single snap played by AJ Green or their first round pick the entire season.

They didn’t kill free agency but they upgraded their D and drafted Very strong. They will be much improved.

Eh, I love Joe but a rookie QB on the worst team in the league and coming in with no OTAs isn't a recipe for a playoff run.

Exactly how I see it. They'll be lucky to win 6 games this season.

I can probably count on one hand the number of teams that went from worst in the league to playoff contender the next just because they landed the #1 draft pick=====and I'm 67 years old and have seen lots of football in that time.

i don't disagree though Green is definitely on the down slide, Boyd was really good and Mixon was probably the best RB in the league the 2nd half that wasn't named Henry or CMac. so they have some weapons, drafted 2 OL in the first the 2 drafts prior, they could surprise but its tough with a rookie QB and its a tough division for them. still 6-7 wins would be a great improvement and indicate a bright future.

how many teams go from 2-14 to 8+ wins?

I'm sure there are some teams who make that leap but it can't be that many

It happens a lot, especially in the NFL.

Luck's first year. Team goes from 2-14 to 11-5.

They won 10, 14 and 12 the year before going 2-14 so not really the same thing

Bet every cent you have

He will never lose again

Well if he does lose it's Zac Taylor's fault. That's the way Buckeye's setting it up.

Does anyone know if the Bengals have jugs machines?

They either will or will not have them depending on their win-loss record.

Give me an Over Under on the # of games you think Lamar will play this year. Give me a decent number ( assuming full season ) and I will take the Over on a ban bet.
Sick and tired of you pussy telling everyone Lamar’s going to get hurt because the talking heads say so.

Not going to bet the farm, but I like the odds. You?

If you like those odds you should probably bet the farm on Cincy over 5.5 wins for the season

I could see a 3 win season with a max of 7.
