like i said, Bama has a ton of talent, but has weaknesses. the rest of the conference is not good. it is not big boy football. LSU got destroyed by Arky, and I need not mention who they lost to, although I am sure that has been stricken from the minds of the SEC faithful.

Why should this team get the benefit of a doubt against a one loss or undefeated Big 12 team?

they won't get in if there are
Clem undefeated
Iowa or THE Ohio State undefeated
ALABAMA one loss or Florida one loss. They are not getting in over one loss SEC champ, if they do not have any wins over ranked teams.

The sec shouldn't even have a team in the top 10.

In the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit...

Hail Mary, full of grace.
Our Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the fruit of thy womb,
Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God,
pray for us sinners,
now and at the hour of our death.
In the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit
Amen

#19 Navy and #22 USC

Alabama has #17 LSU

Both still better than both OSU's.

LSU will be lucky to finish the season ranked.

Alabama has gone on the road and beat 3 ranked teams(at the time) convincingly. They also beat LSU(2 at the time) at home convincingly. Also the combined record of opponents:

You can nitpick Alabama's record, but I will say they are the only team I would not feel completely confident with Notre Dame playing right now. Their defense has been on fire.

Well Kosmo you were one of the ones proclaiming LSU as the GOAT and the 4 year cycle stuff, but I guess you guys aren't that good anymore huh? Cut the nose off to spite the face since Arky dashed your delusional playoff hopes. Also, even if you take away the win against the awful Aggies, Georgia would be a 2 loss or maybe even a 1 loss team if Chubb hadn't got hurt.

I said "could" not "I will/am." It is pretty clear that Alabama and Notre Dame are two of the top 5 teams in the country, not trying to debate that.

And I saw someone post the other day opponents, opponents record.
