I don't think it's as much of a joke as it is a generally accepted fact at this point.

Send this cuckold Lieutenant to fricking Jackson MS and ban him from LA.
Talk about ignorant to the moment.
WE NEED LESS OF THESE PIECES OF shite COPS.

Cop deserved an arse-kicking for abusing his discretion in the first place. An arse-slapping was merciful.
e: People rightly bring up OBJ making the night about himself. How about this useless POS security guard trying to make the night about himself by inserting himself into a situation unnecessarily?

Dumbass cop didn’t even have the balls to arrest him there when it happened.
He got back to the station and was getting roasted and decided he wanted to make it a thing to save face.

They did try to charge him for sexual battery but the judge blocked it

Eh, I can see why a cop wouldn't want to try to arrest a famous, former LSU player while being surrounded by a bunch of LSU players. The optics of that would be a lot worse than filing charges later.

Apparently they tried to get a warrant for sexual battery because he slapped the officers arse but the judge wouldn’t sign it.

How could a judge block that?
There’s video of him committing the crime.

Judges throw out cases all the time

I know.
There is video of a crime being committed. What is the reasoning behind throwing out a charge with clear video evidence of it being committed?

Judge didn’t feel it rose to the point of sexual battery. Seems pretty simple.
It’s not like he threw out the entire thing.

I know I know.
I just didn’t know there was black and white with this type of thing after the marathon situation.
