Even if he is guilty, he will get off.
Hard to prove rape, unless the woman has wounds.

RT @jmportman Jameis Winston's attorney Tim Jansen is planning to have his own press conference with Winston after Meggs' decision.

If he was being charged, it would have already been leaked to TMZ

I know right...
If the trickle is accurate, did Meggs actually think he could keep it on the lock down? Why even bother with the delay IF this insider info turns out to have been legit? So much of this whole event does add up or make sense.

They do seem to have kept his lawyer in the loop throughout the entire process. So this wouldn't be my first concern.

Well, for one, he had choir practice tonight. For two, he needs to be able to answer questions with the media circus the accusers attorney created.

If TPD had simply followed protocol, this thing lasts a week max (assuming he's not charged). TPD screwed Winston (assuming he didn't do it).

So he's at choir while epic information in the lives of many people is put on hold?

...and this crucial decision has to wait until tomorrow to be announced instead of working a little overtime? I just don't understand the priorities in this.

He's heard enough from the office to know JW isn't being charged.

League champ, ystar, and bass have been absolutely obsessed with Winston and this thread for the past two weeks.
You are an idiot. So you're allowed to post that nonsense from those fake insiders but we aren't allowed to intelligently discuss the situation and bring up angles which aren't "Jameis is an innocent angel!!".
You're pathetic. You don't care what really happened, not one time have you thought "what if" this guy raped her. You don't know what really happened and the only reason you care is he is the starting QB leading you to a height your University hasn't reached in over a decade.
I mean has this dude ever defend a black non-athlete FSU player in anything when getting a serious accusation? Have you ever in your life? All of a sudden now you have. The irony is hilarious.

Yep, assuming he didnt do it. His name is still somewhat tarnished.
Because if he didnt do it....you're still going to have a lot of people believing their was a coverup (if he's not charged)
