My gut feeling says he won't be charged. I believe if he was charged, they would just come right out and report that immediately.

why would you have a press conference if you were going to charge someone?... wouldn't you just do it?... 
he's not getting charged... guessing the girl's story didn't add up, or she stopped cooperating or something... she'll get paid.

district attorneys will always have a presser over high profile cases like this. always have and always will. And they could be giving winston time to turn himself in instead of just arresting him, then going all the details tomorrow at the press conf.
not saying thats the case, but dont be suprised to hear winston has turned himself in to authorities tomorrow morning before the presser!

Well I think that has been addressed already. It's not abnormal to hold a presser to charge but who knows in this case...this has not been a normal case from jump street.
