I've been on the road almost all night but was able to listen. I just watched Schwarber's bomb...holy crap he massacred that thing.

I just have the most massive boner.

I'm glad we got to see two historical rivals other than Yankees-Red Sox match up in a playoff series. I wish it was in the NLCS since its a)more games and b) the two best teams left butting heads in the Division Series seemed anticlimactic. Congrats to the Cubs, have to feel like they're playing some of their best ball right now. On the other hand, the Cardinals injuries finally caught up to them, although limping along and still winning 100 games was impressive as hell. As a neutral fan, watching these teams go at it the next few years will be fun. Oh, and the guy who said the Cardinals didn't have any young talent:

He hit that right across our faces. The only question we could answer was would it stay fair. Beyond that i think its still orbiting earth. Holy living frick. CRUSH. CUBS. We went out after and got a bit drunk. This team is GOOD.

Best team: Beaten
Second best team: Beaten
Third best team: Well, that's us
Fourth best team: Bring it you fricks
Fifth and beyond: Girl, please.

Agreed, I still wish the Stros were in the NL Central, but am not too unhappy about it right now with these 2 teams and Pittsburgh.

nice shot, mate.

and yes it was clear on the broadcast how far it went. they said 418, the with the trajectory needed to clear that scoreboard, i just can't buy that.
