From someone who spends a lot of time in LA, I can tell you that a deep playoff run still wouldn't do much to increase the Charger's fanbase. They should've stayed in SD. If it's not the Dodgers or Lakers, it's not a huge deal. The Rams winning a SB moved the needle for a few weeks, now no one cares again.

It is in a back and forth, either team can win game. It's not in a game where a team is blowing a 27-0 lead. The Chargers aren't winning this game if it goes into overtime, two reasons why.
1. They would have given all of the momentum to Jacksonville and all of the pressure would be on them.
2. They are the Chargers. Figuring out how to lose games they had no business losing is what they do.
