Wasn't this already in place? #1 always got the lowest remaining seed.

Why even have athletics anymore? It's all rigged entertainment. Maybe not direct outcomes of games, but by asinine rules and game officials who aren't even competent enough to operate a toaster.

I'm in favor of this change.
