Lol wtf? I wonder what "provoking" entails. Trash talking and trying to get under a guy's skin is part of the game (don't take that literally Odell)
The responsibility of keeping a cool head in the presence of provocation and trash talking always falls on the shoulders of the guy getting chirped at. That's not something specific to Beckham, it happens everywhere. Keeping your cool is part of being a professional. Really odd sentiment by the NFL that they're essentially coddling a player.
