This isn’t as surprising as you might think. PQ said during a press conference that playing the Steelers was personal for him because Mike Tomlin called out to him from the Steelers sideline that he shouldn’t have been a Raven. Sounds like Mike Tomlin really wanted to draft PQ, so they jumped at the chance to grab him in FA.

Rumor in Philly is that the eagles would be willing to ship a late day 3 pick to Chicago for Fields as a backup. At the moment that appears to be the Bears only offer too.
