I will say as someone who was in the media for nearly 50 years including 20 years in sports, Sanders is a story. This needs to be reported as a story.
The problem is these ESPN goobers are not reporting the story, they are literally enraged, they are offended that this is happening. Which makes them part of the story which is a no-no.

Standards for journalism have taken a nosedive the past 20 years, and that includes the sports media. ESPN especially will try to gloss over this.
