I'm biased as hell, but GB is in the top 5. To a person every visiting fan I've talked to at games couldn't say enough about how great packers fans are.
Apparently they're nice on the road as well, as this Giants fan was saying in response to a video of a Giants fan yelling undeserved obscenities at visiting Packer fans.
That being said, they need to be a bit louder when it comes to making it uncomfortable for the visiting offense.

I used to work at the steakhouse on Paterson-Plank road right across the street from Giants Stadium and every week during football season, the fans from the team who was in town to play either the Jets or the Giants would come into the restaurant. Out of every team's fans that I met, the Packers fans were the nicest, most down to Earth, classy people that I met. It was a pleasure having them as guest for the weekend.
