It must have been so hurtful that she had to hold on to this information for 18 years. Glad she was finally able to get it off her chest.

The general consensus on Twitter appears to be that this has been brought up many many times and people “just didn’t listen”

If there's anything I know about Duke, it's that there are never any fake scandals there.
But they do have sh*tty former athletic directors.

On June 12, 2013, Kidd was named head coach of the Brooklyn Nets, replacing interim coach P. J. Carlesimo. He was the third person since the ABA–NBA merger to debut as an NBA head coach the season after he retired as a player

I'm assuming this "racist" story is coming up to try and allude to the thought that only a priviliged white guy such as Redick would get hired as an NBA head coach with no coaching experience.

Let her know it won’t matter in 18-24 months and he’s back as an analyst after his coaching career is killed by LeBron.

I also heard him call Garrett Temple that at a NCAA tournament game in 2006, after Temple took his manhood. True story

That’s not it at all. She’s just trying to get attention.

ETA: not necessarily brought up by her but they are claiming there’s stories of this happening

Grand opening, grand closing. He won't coach a game. It's a clown move by the LAL.

It just be miserable to think everyone is out to get you and offend you and disrespect you constantly and harbor it for 15 years only to come out and say your truth
