$2.1 billion and they didn't bother to test the sight lines.

This will be an issue in almost any stadium regardless of the cost.
Will be no issue for 99.9% of fans, except for maybe a few dozen

Looks like they also forgot to install the “Super Bowl Champions” banners

Every stadium in the US has some sight line issue with the safety features that are required. It's impossible to build without them.
The seats with the parts of the stadium sticking out and blocking views is different.

It’s roughly 50 seats total out of 66,000. It’s about 12 that have a true obstructed view. And the guy that said he wasn’t made aware is full of shite and has been called out by everyone. If your seat even had a hint of anything in the way it was made known by multiple fronts before purchasing the tickets
Here is one of the 50 seats with a partial obstruction
Unless you want to build an old style stadium that’s one piece like Arrowhead or the old liberty bowl stadium in Memphis you are going to have this
ETA: my cousins bought in section 431. They said it’s the steepest stairs they have ever walked . They also said it’s by far the closest they have ever been to the field in the upper deck while also feeling the highest they have ever been of that makes sense. They also said it’s by far the best PA system they have seen
Said food and drink ran really smooth and the walk ways in the stadium are massive. All in all they were positive about the stadium

Congrats on your team’s new stadium. It looks like a great place to watch the Bills get eliminated from the playoffs in heartbreaking fashion.

That doesn’t look “perfectly fine” at all haha. That’s awful.

It’s clear he is in denial. I don’t need to take it up with him.

Y’all should go follow Michael Barker. Went to 135 plus stadiums just so he could take pictures like this
ETA: he is at 222 stadiums now

I'm of the opinion that the bad PR from seats like this existing are not worth the pittance of money those seats might bring in.
The extremely compromised view seats just shouldn't exist. Just rip them out, the supposed 50 seats isn't worth all the negative attention

You can go look and the seat will say “obstructed view”. It has to. Fans will all do rage porn and then someone will be happy to buy the discounted ticket to get in
Taking the seats away just hurts your fans because you are scared of internet trolls. Sad if we ever get to that point as a society

I saw a little about this yesterday and would love to visit it in person to check it out. Any covering in an area that gets this much snow is going to be a challenge to design. At some point I think we will see a stadium where the four corner areas are entertainment areas with bars and family areas with tv's. Enclosing these areas would provide support for beams over the sideline/endzone areas. I wouldn't be surprised if there were some real off the wall concepts for the stadium.
