Nepotism or Deserved? Charlie Weiss Jr. O-Coordinator at USF

Congratulations to 28 Year Old Charlie Weiss Jr who is the Offensive Coordinator at South Florida!
Some of us grew up thinking Charlie Jr, may be special needs when they showed him as a youngster on the sidelines at Notre Dame.
Well, they grow up fast!
He went from the Student Equipment Manager at Kansas in 2014 to a Division 1 OC.
Curious how he is doing? USF failed to score in their opener against NC State last Thursday, falling 45-0.
Way to go, Charlie Jr! Don’t let them say you haven’t earned it!

He was there last year and they sucked but given that he's worked under his dad, Kiffin, and now Jeff Scott he might have had minimal responsibility so far.
