Loyola is in trouble now that they let them off the hook

Illini on a run and ball to start half.

Rough stretch before the half but up 9.

Just need to settle down and hit those shots near the rim

Krutwig’s bad 90 seconds cost them 5 points and some important momentum.

Underwood is a better coach than Moser. He also has better team with depth. I think Loyola either needs to go on a run to start or they lose

Loyola beat the shite out of Illinois in the first half for those that didn’t get to watch.

Eh not really. Illinois has more depth though

Clearly not. Underwood's team is turning the ball over at a ridiculous clip. When a team is loaded with talent but has turnover problems, that is a coaching issue.

Turnovers = discipline. Discipline is a sign of coaching.

Clearly he is if you’ve followed both of them for years.

Is there a reason Indiana isn't throwing bags of cash at Moser for their HC vacancy? Seems like he would be the obvious choice for them.

I'm already pitting out my tshirt from pacing around and watching this.

Defense is playing great so far. I fully expect an Illini run at some point, but as long as the Ramblers keep dictating the pace and taking good shots, I'll have faith.

Because he is not wanted by big programs. He’s better off at Loyola, plus his ILS run scares people

If Loyola wins this my bracket will definitely be busted, and I'll be really happy about that.

I would take him at Georgia in a heartbeat.

Feeding Krutwig on the left side of the post with a guy backing him is money. His left handed bank is a problem unless they double him. Or maybe the Illinois big man fronts him instead.

Loyola is basically taken the Illinois center out of the game.
