Lolololol

Jim sabotaged his trade value and made the Nets gut their depth to get him there. With 3 max players what depth could they have hoped to build?

they had shooters around him last year they went and signed milsap & bembry types this year.

Traded shamet for .. checks notes … Jarvon Carter?

not his fault that KD and Harris can’t keep themsleves healthy and Kai is not as committed to winning as him. You got 60 mil in salary on the sidelines in the playoffs. JH don’t owe BKN anything. No reason to be loyal to them.

He kind of demanded to be traded there, so he does owe them something.

What do you mean? It's normal for teams to hold out players who are in trade discussions. The last thing anyone wants is to be far down the trade rabbit hole and a main piece to get hurt.

I know that lol

I'm referring to Harden wanting to leave another team. What's he going to do when Embiid inevitably misses a bunch of time? Gonna force his way out of there too?

Seems like everywhere he goes, he drags a team down, doesn’t it?

Yep.

Seems to mean he isn’t a team player or he is way too fricking overpaid because they can’t keep people next to him.

Such a terrible fit with Fox too. Sabonis and Halliburton would have been a cool tandem and the only way the Kings should have been looking at that deal if they could have sent Fox out IMO

The HOU teams were good enough to win titles but the 2bd best player in the team was hurt 3 postseasons in a row. Easily better than teams who have actually won titles.

The Pacers are trading Domas Sabonis, Jeremy Lamb and Jeremy Lamb to Sacramento for Tyrese Hailburton, Buddy Hield and Tristan Thompson, sources tell ESPN.

I’m trying to think of a more depressing trade for a fanbase that was already down.

Can’t remember a player this promising being traded in their 2nd season. MCW being traded by Hinkie after winning ROY was shocking but I think people paying attention knew what kind of player MCW was going to be.

Now you're saying it's okay for him to force his way out of Brooklyn because his teammates are hurt, but you want him to go to Philly. Joel is great but he's literally missed more games in his career than he's played in.

What gives?

Went to BKN bc his #2 never held up their end of the deal in HOU. He wanted a team with 2 other guys. Now KD is hurt again and Kyrie don’t have any Interest in winning. even without EMBIID if he was to miss some time or whatever Philly has tons of spacing and quality players.
