Idk how anyone can even say huge loss before they have filled out the roster.

Obviously some moves can change this, but to say Ariza isn't a big loss at this point is super homerish. Running back the same team without Ariza makes y'all not as good. You have to at least replace him with someone just as good...not sure who that would be.

What's the latest with Capela?

Mbah a Moute (sp?) will replace Trevor's minutes, and does just as good a job if he can stay healthy. Replacing the 3&D bench minutes Luc provided will be the challenge with the MLE, IMO.

Capela will likely be had on a team friendly deal, we would not be surprised if he doesn't get an offer sheet. There is not much money out there this year. CC will sit tight and let these Tollivers and mike Scotts get signed up and get some guys for VERY cheap like Luc Moute last year.

nope. even if they sign no one to replace ariza they are still the second best team behing warriors. This is a super star league. CC with James and Chris win like 80% of their games...no matter who else is out there with them. Luc Moute is arguable a better defender than Trevor as is his equal if not better 3 point shooter. i would have no issue plugging him in for Trevor in that tuckwagon finishing lineup v GSW.

I disagree. A loss, not a "big" loss. He was still at the end of the day a rotational player.

Rockets defensive efficiency before Luc Mbah a Moute got hurt: 102.1, which would rank 3rd in NBA In month without Mbah a Moute: 109.6, which would rank 28th

GSW was Verrrrry fortunate Luc had the shoulder issues that rendered him unplayable. That CC 3 point shooting performance does not happen if Luc is available to keep everybody else just a little bit more fresh. At least as valuable as an Iguodala...

Lake Show
@Laker_Show
The same people who put the line at -5000 for LeBron to sign with the Lakers has now moved the line for Kawhi to be a laker to -1000. Was at +207 around 2 hours ago. Vegas knows something ????
