Broussard is an idiot. Outside of Woj and Shams, don’t pay any attention to anyone else’s info.

Did you not watch these playoffs? I get not deferring to AD, but kawhi is the big dick in the league right now
He can do literally all of that while Lebron steers the offense.

Kawhi isn’t a playmaker at all while Lebron is possibly the greatest playmaker the league has ever seen.

Why would Lebron take a backseat on that basketball team?

Wow.

So you missed all of those 3rd quarter moments in the finals where Kawhi decided to score like 20 straight?

Reaux Be careful around here saying that kawhi playmaking is sub par. it goes over almost as good as when you say that most other star players do not wanna play with lebron.

I can confirm @TheSteinLine's report that the Pelicans won't be in the Al Horford sweepstakes after all. The bidding went a little beyond what they were willing to do.
Love Horford, but that's the smart play

this were Demps, we'd have a 4 year $75 million deal signed with Trey Burke by 6:05 tomorrow.

I think with Griff and Langdan, we're more likely looking to use our cap space to absorb short term "bad contracts" in exchange for assets.

lol true bro. Griff might be the best off signing of the entire off szn.

I want athletes and more youth.

You literally just brought it up when it was dead...

Guess who the last two people that mentioned before you were? Sicboy and SDV...

Who are the Pels targeting for FA? Tried looking on Pels talk but didn't really dive into any thread to see if any serious targets were mentioned.

It was "literally" talked about before and after my posts.

You're trying way too hard for your gotcha moments, it's been the main talk of this thread today, and was talked about before/after me, stop being weird.

The thing you quoted was about 8 pages and 6 hours before your post. Wasn’t talked about in between those posts.

Hasn’t been mentioned since your post besides me responding to you

But I’m going to drop it and hopefully you will to

And a lot of that was from magic. He was pronably the single most leaky executive ever. Idk about pelinka but people who usually are front and center with laker leaks have either been flat out wrong or publicly stating no one is talking to them

Sources: The Lakers have reached out to the reps of free agent guard Patrick Beverley. Beverley is one of the best defenders in the NBA and his 3-point shooting has improved dramatically. He’s also a great locker room presence.

The Los Angeles Lakers reached out to D'Angelo Russell's agents at CAA -- Austin Brown and Aaron Mintz -- to set up a meeting with the All-Star guard, league sources tell ESPN. The Lakers and Russell share a mutual interest in a reunion. Lakers have the cap space to sign him.

3:28 PM - 29 Jun 2019

@BA_Turner
The Lakers have also reached out to the reps of free agent guard Seth Curry, per source. Curry is the type of long range shooter the Lakers want. He shot 45.6% from the field last season in Portland, 45% from three. He averaged 7.9 points in 74 games.

No one really knows. We assume Jared Dudley will be on the team in some capacity (hopefully not an over pay). And we aren’t looking to add players on 4 year contracts, assuming this is to avoid BS like the Hill contract mistake, and to align with Jrue’s contract (which has 3 years left on it).

Well..
Mirotic, but he went to Barcelona
Collision, but he went to Jahovah
Horford, but he may get a larger offer

So I'm not sure who our main push will be on at this point.

I had heard names like Niko, Collison, and Horford

Then Niko took an 80% paycut to go to Spain, everybody says Big Al wants too much money, and Collison quit basketball to be a Jehovah’s Witness

So I’m completely fricking lost

Nobody knows for sure. My theory is that we're going to use our cap space to absorb contracts in exchange for assets. I don't see the Pelicans making a splash. Maybe some mid tier free agents, but they've been tight lipped so who knows
