Cleveland has no money to compete. Golden State actually drafted legit players, and then had money leftover to get Durant. It isn't easy to draft like they did, sign good veterans for low salaries, and still have money to sign Durant.
I envision a scenario where all of these guys really like winning titles. I can see them all taking less than max deals so they can keep this core together for awhile.
