I don't think that counts as Battier "smoking" anybody. He was walking out of bounds with his arms above his head. Westbrook wouldn't quit thugging and GTFO of the way.

All I saw him do was raise the ball up in his hands while walking. He was going in to inbound, but didn't get out of Westbrook's way. Westbrook then slapped the ball out of his hands.
