They have to stay somewhere out west to keep the conferences balanced. And Salt Lake City brings in way more new fans than Quebec City does.

Utah will be a good NHL market. Hockey is actually pretty popular out there with lots of youth and Junior programs. Wouldn't be shocked if they are more popular than the Jazz. And yes, I know how much they love the Jazz there.

I still say the NBA had the chance to right so many wrongs by moving the Bobcats name to Utah where they have bobcats, Hornets to Charlotte, and Jazz back to New Orleans.
For those recommending Bees, the Angels minor league team already has that in SLC.
