Penalties should carry the same weight for both offense and defense in football. I.E. since defensive PI is an automatic first down offensive PI should include a loss of down.

If one of your players gets injured, and you are the road team and losing the game and you refuse to restart or reschedule the game. You lose the game.

IE: Demar Hamlin and the Bills manipulating the a situation into higher playoff seeding.

Intentional grounding in the NFL.

There's either a receiver in the area or there isn't. Being able to just launch the ball into the stands because you're outside of an imaginary tackle box makes no sense.

Lets on serves in tennis.
More fun to just play them. Creates a fun different style point.
No way to cheat.

If you transfer in college, under any circumstance, you must sit for a full season. No matter what

And there it is. The most predictable and ignorant reply to this question.

Educate yourself on why this is a turnover.

What? How about don’t fumble into the other team’s end zone. Why do you get a do-over?

for football referees to understand physics of object in motion and stop ruling forward pass every time after reviewing obvious laterals

So if the ball is pitched at the own 20 and caught at the own 22 you want them NOT to rule a forward lateral?

DPI being a spot foul in the NFL. QBs throwing the equivalent of a hail mary and getting bailed out into FG range or an easy TD is dumb. If NFL refs weren't completely corrupt, I'd say to make a subjective rule where if the QB throws up a prayer, no pass interference is possible for offense or defense.

Hell- leave it up to the opposing coach.

They can take either a 15 yard penalty or have the opposing player ejected

College overtime rules.

At the minimum, start teams at the 50. Teams should not automatically be started at a position where even if they lose yards on the drive, they are still in scoring range,

Catch no Catch BS

If the QB throws the ball to a receiver who catches it without the ball every hitting the ground, IT"S A CATCH.

105 years the NFL has been around and no one knows what a catch is

Frame of reference my dude

If the pitch is lateral or backwards at the moment the ball enters the air, that's all that matters.

Enforcing uncatchable balls and not rewarding underthrown passes with PI because the corner is not expecting the ball to behind him when a WR is running a go

get rid of the spot PI in the NFL
