I've got no problems with the McPhee. I don't think this is a talent issue. So its hard to pin it on the GM. He's put together a good team, they are just playing like arse.
Also, Kutznetsov kinda screwed him. But the future of Kuz and Forsberg should be untouchable. Kundaterek is making his debut and once Orlov gets healthy, the Caps could roll out a top 6 blueline all under age 27 (and trade Hamrlik and Poti).
They just need to just stick with an f'n system and stop monkeying around.
