I would say the most popular athlete in GA would be Hank Aaron. I know alot of sports fans around these parts and none could give a shite about Lebron.

yeah I'm sorry but I can't see how LeBron is more searched in Louisiana than Drew Brees.
i know small sample size, but everyone I know around me keeps up with Brees and does not even follow the nba. it just seems like Brees is Louisiana's icon at this point.
