Pretty hard to say that he's clearly a better prospect than any of the following guys taken in the last decade:

Julio Jones
AJ Green

How long do your decades last?

Pre draft PROSPECT doesn’t mean crap to me..... I have a feeling he will be very good IF the Bengals put the right pieces around him and Joe.

That's fine but someone said he's the best prospect in a decade and people laughed about it for the last couple pages. Predraft doesn't mean shite to me either btw, I am interested in seeing what those two can do together in the pros, but I thought the Bengals should have picked the OT from Oregon.

I agree with this. They should have went with th LT. Burrow has the ability to make any WR look good. Gotta protect him though.

Guard and center is the more pressing need than tackle.

And you don't take an interior OL early in the 1st round.

And this is a deep interior line draft. Look for them to take two interior guys in the 2nd and 3rd.

I'm not going to pretend to know anything about the Bengals Oline but from what I read in this thread earlier I guess the Bengals have 2 1st round tackles already, but they haven't shown much promise. I guess you could still take a tackle and then drop down one of the other tackles to guard

I never said it was a bad pick(Chase). They have plenty of chances to get line help later.... chase was hard to pass up BUT they could have gotten a quality WR latter in this draft.

Has there ever been a successful QB/WR combo in the NFL that played together in college? Too lazy to look it up.

Isn't Sewell more of a run blocker. I heard some draft guys saying he wasn't elite as a pass blocker. I have no idea about it.

But I do feel like Burrow wanted to get Chase and that is why they grabbed him.

I mean its not really that debatebale

He is one of, if not the top, WR prospects of the last 10 years

6'1" 207 lbs
Stats off the charts
41 inch vert
4.38 forty
11'0" broad jump

Why is this is difficult for yall?

Others noted in here

Amari

4.42
33 inch vert
10'0" broad jump
Not as dominating of a single season as Chase either

It's a good thing there is more than 1 round of the draft and that FA exists.

Bengals have already added two lineman in free agency I believe

Sports fans and “experts” always say “drsft the lineman” because they think it makes them sound sophisticated about the game

Chase or pitts was the right pick for cincy

I'm assuming the Bengals feel good about Jonah Williams development. With the signing of Reiff, I expect them to go interior Oline with their next two picks.

Did they cheat on his vertical and broad jump?

Those are his most impressive metrics showing his quick twitch muscles you complete dumbass

Because Alabama fans can’t stand for other teams to have any good players or get any attention at all.

is he a more highly regarded prospect than Amari Cooper, Sammy Watkins, Mike Evans?

I think its between Amari Cooper and Chase. Teams loved his speed and productivity in college but Watkins didn't play in an NFL offense and wasn't good at catching the ball with his hands. Also had some off the field issues but teams must not have been worried about that. At the time he was seen as best WR prospect since AJ Green and went a few picks ahead of Evans in the same draft.
