Nah, Soroka is No. 1 or 2 in the playoffs. Team and front office love his mentality, so they should trust him, and he’s been a good bit better than Syndergaard and Keuchel this year.

Means absolutely nothing when starting a playoff game, would not be surprised to see Dallas considering his experience

I was thinking more about ensuring that he pitches at home in the postseason. I would rather guys like Keuchel and Thor pitching on the road, just a different atmosphere

The #Cubs today acquired LHP Derek Holland and a cash consideration from the Giants for a cash consideration.
To make room for Holland on the 40-man roster, LHP Tim Collins has been designated for assignment. LINK

i don't understand why there is cash considerations coming from both sides. Just subtract one from the other and have cash going one way. Unless one team is dealing in bitcoin and the other is dealing in Ethereum.

The Cubs are trying to assemble a starting rotation consisting entirely of 2016 Texas Rangers.

A pitching trio of Kuechel, Syndergaard, and Soroka for the playoffs would be solid. We still need a close and speaking of which...
Braves showing serious interest in Diekman

I doubt Syndeegard becomes a Brave. Why would they help you assholes win something ?

Let them dream. It will be funny to see them crushed
The Mets have the dumb idea that they will retool to win within a year or two. Trading a high profile starter within the division to make them better is the opposite of that.

I honestly thought Mo'ron would make a move for Holland, since he and Maddux had been together.
Low hangin fruit move, Mo special, lol

I feel like we’d be giving up way too much for him. I’m much more interested in someone like Diekman.

thor is 26 years old
and you tanked to fill your minors, so you could make this type of move. Why the hell would you want some middle of road player??? He isn't going to help you win a title.
Braves are at the point where it's time to use your assets to get your needs, and bring in top talent.

How many years is Thor controllable?
