The last time the Yankees were under .500 this late into the season:

- Derek Jeter was recalled from the minors (for good)

- 9 active Yankees weren't born yet

- Manager Aaron Boone was in Double-A

That was Sept. 5, 1995.

Walker made a nice throw to gun down a baserunner. I keep forgetting FOX is airing Thursday night games.

FOX needs to use Willis more in their playoff coverage. And less of Ortiz.

Willis is pretty good imo. I remember when he started calling games a year or two ago. He loves the game and brings good insight I think.

Freeman is one of my favorite players. Sweet swing. He's on the hunt for that NL MVP crown.

Dodgers just broke up a scoreless game in the 8th on Austin Barnes' first homer of the season.

They have a horseshoe up their arse right now.

Angels are calling up Nolan Schanuel, a guy they drafted six weeks ago with the 11th pick. Pretty wild.

Lol that is wild. They are such a badly run franchise and i don’t think it’s for lack of trying.
