Nice rehab project for them. Joe Maddon is obviously familiar with him from Tampa Bay

Confirming @Sullivan_Ranger report on #Rangers' interest in Zack Greinke. The Rangers would need the deal with Arizona to include Shin-Soo Choo and the $63 million he's owed the next three seasons to offset the $138.5 million owed to Greinke the next four.

The rumored package for Ozuna from STL is quite large.

I really like Ozuna but idk about giving up this much for him.

2/3 of Hudson/Alcantara/Flaherty + one of Grichuk/Piscotty.

ANd Yelich isn’t as good as people thought he was after 2015

Both are pieces neither are cornerstones or even close

Focus for #Athletics remains #STLCards’ Piscotty, sources tell The Athletic.

Can someone please explain to me why Arizona is even giving this deal the time of day? Or even shopping Greinke?

If Texas gets rid of Choo and gains Greinke that is an incredible move by JD.

God damn I didn’t realize he was that old lol.

Choo is 35, so if that happens I’d take it.

Reminds me of the Kinsler for Prince deal.

How does the deferred money work in a deal? With the deferred money his deal runs through 2026 I think. He gets like 21 per through 2021 then 12 per to 2026

He'll get 12.5 million from 2022 to 2026

Greinke also strikes me as the type who could up and retire at any point

Would be a huge upgrade for Texas on the field though
