MLB Final Day of Regular Season Thread

The postseason teams are set, but still a couple of things to be decided Sunday (and possibly Monday) with the Wild Card Round beginning Tuesday.
- Rangers win the AL West with a win tomorrow or an Astros loss. Astros win the West with a win and Rangers loss.
- Blue Jays currently hold the 6th seed in the AL Wild Card but can move up to the 5th seed with a win and an Astros loss. Will be interesting to see if they purposely lose tomorrow because the 6th seed would face Minnesota in the Wild Card round, while 5th place would get Tampa Bay (and then Baltimore in the ALDS).
- The Marlins clinch the 5th seed in the NL Wild Card with a win. However, if they lose and the Diamondbacks win, the Marlins will have to fly to New York on Monday to resume its game against the Mets where a win would clinch the 5th seed. Marlins had a 2-1 lead in the 9th inning when the game was delayed.

As an Astros fan: Our goal is ALCS appearance for the streak.
Going 2/9 against the two worst in the AL aside, the secondary objective is keeping the Rangers away from the pennant. I may have rooted for you in 2011, but that is over a decade ago. Texas has it's Baseball Kangs now, and it's not you.

Imagine if this was pre Wild Card round days and the Rangers missed the postseason altogether because of that game.
