Michael Jordan is a great player... but he can't evaluate the game for crap. He would never make a good coach or GM.
Kwame Brown and Adam Morrison agree with you. (among a myriad of other stupid personnel moves in his history as GM/owner)

lol playing in a diluted league with watered down talent.
are you 17? Watered down? Look at some of the rosters that make the playoffs these days. There's always been only a select few teams that had any shot of winning a title.
I'd be willing to bet during Jordan's career (84-98) that there was the highest percentage of all time greats playing.
Shaq, Magic, Bird, Stockton, Malone, Drexler, Robinson, Olajuwon, Thomas, Barkley, McHale, Ewing, Payton, Pippen, Wilkins, Rodman, Miller, Worthy, Parish...

Yes.

lol Expanding the league by almost half is watering the league down. Even Larry Bird said so.

Athletes were getting more exposure, more training, more money, more fame, did I mention more money? Of course these guys were going to be good. The league was growing. More watered down talent was being admitted.

Michael Jordan believes he could have beaten LeBron James in a game of one-on-one when he was in his prime.
He's not sure about Kobe Bryant.
What a horribly biased/slanted article. Nice work, ESPN.
And he was clearly making a joke about Kobe stealing all his moves...I guarantee you Jordan thinks he could beat every person he listed one on one.

It's just as watered down today so you're point is meaningless. You've got potentially 10+ teams looking to tank the 13-14 season.

If you watch the video, he seemed sarcastic to me and wanted to get a little friendly shot at Kobe in there.
He clearly was joking. Right when he ends he says "besides maybe Kobe Bryant. but that's just because he steals all my moves"
Was obviously taking a shot at him

Lebron isn't a great 1 on 1 scorer

way to try and keep your name in the news MJ

Give me Kobe. He knows how to play without using teammates better than anyone. He has been playing 1 on 1 for 17 years.

Lebron's game is not suited for a 1v1 format,
against a smaller, weaker opponent? he'd just post up jordan at will. and lebron's D is built for 1 on 1
