say that? Is it one or the other?
And just as a side note, I despise what y'all did to the anti-police militarization movement.
It is not one side or the other. Which is why I advocate for a national body camera law.
And who is "y'all?" The government has rules it must operates by in dealing with citizens. Due process is a right spelled out in the 5th amendment. I do not believe the fear of a police man constitutes due process of the law. And i have let to see a valid argument that it does. That is my side.

What? Can you expound on that?

Sounds to me like he was told to get on the ground and didn't.
Police are called and this enormous guy is standing there - he's going to be the a primary focus of attention. Listen to law enforcement, quit thinking they should know who you are and get on the dang ground.

Why does everyone now believe Michael Bennett is making this up? Trying to avoid reading 17 pages.

Because video, the Las Vegas police, and even Bennett's lawyers have said it is.

Most importantly for purposes of Bennett’s allegation, you can also see that the entire casino is full of black people. If police wanted to arrest black people, there were literally hundreds of them exiting the casino and receiving no molestation at all. Why was Bennett, a black man, among hundreds of black people singled out because of his race?
quote:
Indeed, once you watch this video Bennett’s allegation that he was picked out because he’s black is downright laughable. In fact, it’s so laughable that Bennett’s own attorney has acknowledged race had absolutely nothing to do with his treatment from the police.
quote:
Near the end of the video you can see Michael Bennett, crouching behind a slot machine inside the casino, appearing to hide from police. When the police approached him because he appeared suspicious hiding there, he jumped up and ran away from them, refusing commands to stop, leaping a wall, and attempting to escape from them before being caught and detained.

Michael Bennett might actually be dumb enough to not realize that lying in this situation could land him in some massive trouble.

Where did all of the race baiters go? The facts come out and they scatter like always
Posted on 9/7/17 at 7:11 pm to DrSteveBrule
The city of Las Vegas should sue the shite out of Bennett... fricking racer baiter

Watching that video, man I can see why Bennett feels like slavery was happening. So many black patrons not touched, yet he is the victim.
What a bullshite story from the start. Like 99% of these BLM ones are.
