If they limit the window to enter the portal; you will only hear about this bs during that time. 3 months is perfect.

If these dudes start this shite might as well choose an NFL team and start watching pro sports because college isn’t made for this bs

The locker rooms at every major institution across the country are going to become very challenging as the jealousy factor kicks in for a number of these kids. This is starting to become a nightmare situation for coaches and staff.

Nothing says “team player” like holding your school ransom for more money.

NCAA fricked up so hard allowing this shite to go to the Supreme Court. They should have just allowed players to get a 1k salary a month from their team or something instead of what we get now

Nah, just let the whole thing collapse on itself. That's what I'm rooting for anyways. College athletics needs a complete reset.

Since these guys are getting paid, there’s a contract between them and the sponsor. If there’s a contract, there was almost certainly a lawyer representing the athlete…. That’s probably who Adam pappas is.

Seems like a good way to dry up your transfer market by coming out as an overt mercenary who will outright quit when he doesn’t get his way.

Enjoy hooping at Prairie View A&M as no major school wants to take such a hired gun.

NIL contracts need to reflect contractual time and the ability to sue the kids who break the contract and leave the school.

That's all college athletes are these days because that's the way they wanted it. 10 years ago, you'd have never seen WR1 off of a national championship team transfer to the team they just beat in said championship game. That's the kind of shite that shows me how little college actually means to most of these guys.

"Handler" is more appropriate.

These middle men will ruin many of these kids.

Let's just get rid of recruiting and implement a draft.

Miami's Isaiah Wong will enter the NCAA transfer portal tomorrow if his NIL compensation isn't increased, his agent Adam Papas told ESPN. "Isaiah would like his NIL to reflect that he was a leader of an Elite Eight team."

I am thinking that possibly the agent comes into play with negotiating/handling NIL deals unlike an agent they hire as they move into professional athletics. Probably 2 completely different things but I'm just guessing.

They can't... That's the entire reason they lost the SCOTUS case.

NIL was a poison pill for big time college athletics.

Some of these boys about to learn a hard lesson when all these shell companies, handlers, agents, “collectives” all got their hands in the cookie jar wanting a piece. Hope they read these contracts thoroughly.
