I think the team told him that his agent has to do the legwork on finding a willing partner, at which point the Dolphins will negotiate.

Which means the Dolphins will probably ask for the moon for him and the other team will tell them to frick off, then Miami will tell Minkah “we tried”.

I dont understand why Miami has given him permission? I mean who the fawk is running the organization the players or the front office? If they want to trade him then trade him dont let him facilitate the trade.

I heard on a gambling pod there are a ton of Dolphins players who want to be traded since they are on the clear purging of previous regime / tank plan.

PFT / NBC Sports said the same thing and ESPN repeated it, but the team is denying it.

Tua may end up being a successful NFL starter, but I wouldn't base this on what NFL scouts currently think of him. These are the same scouts who thought Jamarcus Russell was worth the #1 pick as well as the same scouts who thought Ryan Leaf was worth a #2 pick.

Obviously there are scouting misses. Tua could be a bust, that’s obviously true. He could also be a star, and right now the people who’s jobs are to evaluate players generally agree that he’s probably the #1-3 pick next year.

My point is that whether or not Tua works out in the NFL, Mr. Internet forum poster who’s only ever watched Tua on TV has no idea what he’s talking about. He’s never watched Tua diagram plays on a board or gone through a single practice with him or even had a conversation with him, so wtf does he know? What glaring deficiencies in Tua’s play are jumping out at him through his flat screen TV that the people who spend their lives doing this can’t see?

From a talent stand point, both honestly more than deserved those spots. The problem was that JaMarcus got lazy and dealt with some issues after leaving LSU, while Leaf just ended up being a nut job.

From a talent stand point, though, both were top tier.

Tua is not going to be a good nfl qb. I do not understand the hype.

What’s tipping you off that not a single NFL scout has been smart enough to notice?

Tua's durability is the only thing that even remotely gives me pause.

At this point, he's a faster, more accurate Russell Wilson. That is money.

Did you just say his mother doesn't want him to play a certain position? She probably wants him paid more too, but she's not in charge of an NFL team

These dumbass scouts continue to over value bama players. Tua is amazing against lowly comp but the facts are Tua has a 1-1 td to int ratio versus top 10 defenses in his bama career. NFL defenses will not be like playing Middle Tenn Tech....

But at the time ryan leaf was an amazing qb. There's a reason hindsight is 20/20.

You don't think the giants would not pick mahommes or deshaun watson over Daniel jones?

I’d take him in Nola. Can’t be worse than the slot corners we have.

I’m just saying man, if you can see these things that the professionals can’t then there’s no reason to limit yourself. Go win a Super Bowl and show’em how it’s done.
