Meaningless MLB drama - Rangers vs BoSox today

So Rangers won a meaningless game today against Boston, 7-5.
There was some funny drama though.
Mike Minor was the sp for Texas and had a shot to achieve 200 strikeouts.
Well later in the game the Rangers kept him in the 8th inning since the result is somewhat meaningless with hopes to get his 200th K. He was at 199.
Red Sox batters swing at the first pitch three straight times and go down on three pitches to end the inning. Rangers apparently think they did it on purpose.
Rangers keep Minor out in the 9th. Foul ball is hit that is easily catchable and Minor himself calls off the 1B to let it drop. Guzman (1B) lets it drop and then proceeds to K the batter for 200.
This upset Boston.
This is probably one of the more retarded things I’ve seen in baseball lmao.

Baseball players are the most superstitious, easily offended, disgusting fricks in all of sports. As a group they’re just so goddamn weird, and what goes on in baseball locker rooms is foul.
