I don’t understand how Ohio State could be in violation of Title 9. Those violations seem to be sexual focused. Where was there sexual harassment or sexual assault?

I tried to make it clear I was just saying all these texts are hearsay. I think I said Meyer knew from the first one.
I was making it clear that McMurphy "knowing" Meyer knew is nowhere in sight. It's circumstantial, which as you and I said, the media will run with all over Urban's arse (and probably should)

But it hasn't been substantiated by anyone. The guy apparently texted or spoke to his wife about Meyer's reaction, which she relayed to the other wives. Therefore, she can't substantiate what happened, the other guys in the room can

I was moreso really speaking to the idea that we have some evidence but nothing directly tying Urban to this. That part is so based on what we read in the OP.
