I assume he's going to continue to deny that he had any knowledge, and deny that his wife had knowledge as well.
His wife's phone we must assume is not funded by the school and therefore wouldn't be available for a public records request.

Apparently she’s an instructor in the nursing school so it may be. Although, if I was a coach I’d make sure my family and I used school supplied phones as little as possible.

The best part about this is ESPN fired him and he released this on his personal Facebook page. He's still getting paid by ESPN.

Because emotion trumping reason is rampant in our society.
It's frustrating to watch people always discussing on the basis of what they think should be instead of what is.
And I'm not "sticking up" for him, he's a morally reprehensible individual. But this is a complete non-story from a legal liability standpoint.

That's what hearsay is. it is 3rd parties discussing what someone else said. That's inadmissible evidence in court. It is admissible for the media to go crazy about though.
If they have urban's phone and texts discussing it, that's direct evidence
