Wade is not as good an on ball defender as people want to believe. Most of his blocks (I'd estimate 85%) come from help defense. He's a good but not great on ball defender. LeBron is a better on ball defender and they also don't want Wade to get tired chasing Terry all around.
If you notice, their best defenders aren't guarding Dallas' best offensive players.

the nba salary cap isn't definitive like the nfl cap. there are ways around it, and some teams (like dallas) have HUGE payrolls from gaming the system
dallas payroll: $90.7M
miami payroll: $66.9M

again, i dont think any of the first five were fixed. i dont think any games are really fixed. but do i think the nba has influence on the referees to force a game 7 tonight? yes. it's been a close series throughout and it'd be easy to just swing it a little towards miami to force a game 7. and that's probably what's happening.

More then half the league doesn't have 3 players each making $15m. A $60m hard cap would leave them $15m left for 9 players.
