Both the Texas and California state records fell this weekend.
Funny thing is both are from the early 1990s.
These times people are quoting are not FAT times.
Before a few years ago you wouldn't see FAT timers at 95% of the track events.

He’s faster than 99.9% of sec football players. Kary Vincent and Anthony Schwartz are the only ones that would possibly challenge him.
