Speaking of Pollack, he is the perfect example of ESPN propping up a personality. He basically disappeared after being replaced by McAfee on Gameday without the machine behind him.

I liked Pollack. Obviously networks prop their own up, but I never felt like Pollack was terrible at all

According to the affidavit, the victim told detectives Sanchez approached him as he sat in his box truck at the Westin Hotel loading docks. The victim said he works for a company that disposes and recycles commercial cooking oil, and he was on his assignment when Sanchez opened the truck door.
The following encounter and fight were documented by hotel security cameras.
The truck driver told detectives when he hopped out of the truck, Sanchez told him he “wasn’t allowed to be parked at the loading docks” and “(Sanchez) had talked to the (hotel manager).” The victim said he was confused and he would contact his manager to figure out what was going on.
The victim also noted that Sanchez smelled of alcohol and slurred his words.
Court documents say “Sanchez then climbed up into the cab of the truck and leaned over the driver’s seat and looked in towards the middle area between the seats.”
The victim told Sanchez he was not allowed in the box truck. Sanchez was insistent, and “kept repeating that he had spoken to a manager, and they did not want (victim) to do that (replace the fryer oil).”
The driver tried to get his phone from the truck but Sanchez kept blocking him.
In the security camera footage, police say Sanchez is seen following the driver around as he walked around the truck and tried to flag a hotel security guard. Sanchez continues to block the victim from getting inside the truck, and is seen on camera shoving him backward.
The victim told investigators he knew at that moment he was in danger. He then reached for his pepper spray and sprayed Sanchez in the face. “The pepper spray appeared to have an effect on Mr. Sanchez for a moment, but (he) wiped his face and again advanced toward (the victim),” the affidavit said.
According to police, the victim believed Sanchez was trying to kill him, so he reached for his knife and stabbed Sanchez “two or three times” in the chest.
The victim was seen on camera being thrown into a dumpster and pile of pallets. Sanchez approaches him while on the ground, the driver telling police “he was not aware of what Sanchez was doing to him, whether he was punching him or otherwise striking him.”
He continued, saying “somehow, (he) made it to his feet, and when Sanchez came at him, he stabbed him (for) the last time.”
Sanchez, appearing shocked, then ran north down the alley.

Sounds like Mark swung first and the other guy had a knife.
Got stabbed and arrested. Delivery driver gets off scott-free.

Funny comparison as mcafee is terrible on game day. Not entertaining in the slightest.

Like, he didn’t like where the guy was parked so he went full on OJ on him?
If I’m waiting on Door Dash especially on the road, I don’t really give a shite where someone parks no matter how shitfaced I get.
That’s pretty wild.

Act like an a-hole.
Get stabbed for acting like an a-hole.
Get arrested for being an a-hole and getting stabbed.
The butt fumble of social interaction.

Pretty wild to get pepper sprayed, stabbed, arrested, and likely fired from your job all based on trying to fight a 70 year old over a parking dispute.

I'm guessing he was high on something like meth. Attacking a 69yr old is ridiculous

Does Sanchez work at the hotel between his Sunday in-game commentating gigs?

You also likely don’t have a 0.32 BAC in these situations.

He's in town for the Raiders/Colts game.

Was that his hospital bac number?

Sorry, I was just being facetious with the first guy, who is clearly not an erratic person.
Sanchez’s BAC hasn’t been leaked…yet.
I think I set a reasonable over/under though.
